Federal False Claims Act15–25% of the recovery if the government intervenes; 25–30% if not31 U.S.C. § 3730(d)

Nebraska law does not pay whistleblowers a share of state recoveries, so the federal programs are the main route to a reward.

No private qui tam right. The AG's MFCU page says: 'Although Nebraska does have a false claims statute, there is no whistleblower provision in this law.' Nebraska is not on HHS-OIG's state FCA review list. drAQualified is set to false because a statute with no qui tam cannot meet SSA §1909. Recipient (beneficiary) Medicaid fraud goes to DHHS at (402) 595-3789.
