Not on HHS-OIG DRA review list as of 2026-10-20. The DC Act reaches large-taxpayer tax claims, which is unusual among state FCAs. The MFCU sits in the DC Inspector General's office. dhs.dc.gov intermittently returns 403 to automated fetchers; the OPRMI page loaded with HTTP 200 via curl.
